Performance Management Workbook 2021 Edition
There is an increasing interest in learning about and incorporating civil rights practices in education. While the need to identify and share such practices in education is clear, determining what this means, how this is best done, and how to incorporate these concepts into the work of school districts to build the capacity of their respective staffs is complex. By integrating the approaches of strategic planning, collaborative learning, and accountability, Performance Management (PM) increases the likelihood that each approach will have the impact it seeks. This workbook illustrates how PM can be used to further refine the ideas of anti-racism and anti-ableism and shows how to best approach these concepts in practice.
